Little Leo sat at his desk, small shoulders slumped low. The work was long, the lessons slow. Sighs and a silent, 'Oh, no!' But Leo knew, he must keep going. The world whispers, but he will grow. He takes a deep breath and starts working

The papers piled, a mountain tall, but Leo would not stumble or fall. Each word, a step; each line, a call. He would learn and would stand up tall. He started to feel more happy, and smiled. He will keep grinding on the long road.

The moon climbed high, the stars did gleam. Leo closed his eyes, and started to dream. He knew the path was a winding stream, but he will keep doing his best. Leo will wake up tomorrow, strong it would seem. Sleep now, little one, and dream.
A boy learns that life's challenges are chances to grow stronger. He finds the strength to keep going, one step at a time, within himself.
